Signs of warped rotors?

good day everyone....

i discovered something while driving today. when i gradually slowed my car from ~30mph to 0mph, i feel slight vibration & very constant studders (as if the car had feet & it's dragging its feet). Not large enough to shake the steering wheel, but enough that I feel the vibrations on the brake pedal.

i've been trying to resolve a muffled rubbing noise (that's the best I can describe it) coming somewhere underneath the drivers side (possible down the driveshaft area, not too sure). I recently swapped out the driver's side bearing, but it did not get rid of the noise.

is this a sign of a warped rotor?

Warped rotors can be insidious and often are not out of spec when cold. Sometimes they are straight when they are cool but when heated up with use will deform. This is what is happening with my rotors. When I first use them they feel fine, but as they heat up there is more and more shuddering feel through the pedal. Not bad enough yet to do the job but it is high on my list. I doubt warped rotors is causing the "muffled rubbing noise" but it may be foreign material in your calipers.

fingers - the caliper is fresh and clean when I took it apart last week to replace my bearing. the brake pads are brand new as well.

Usually you feel pulsating in the pedal....sometimes its real bad.....if the pedal feels fine but the truck has like a slight bump bump bump its not considered warped....
