NON - interchangeable.

The only ones that work are the tacoma's and 4runners.

The top plate is a different bolt pattern for one so you won't be able to fit it.

I don't know if thats true...
Tundra valved means that the shock is valved for the extra weight of the tundra (stiffer) but is still in the taco/4R housing. There are several guys with tundra valved shocks on the board. I will be another soon (i hope) as my downeys aren't stiff enough for me. Contact the seller of the SAWs. The best is Mike at xtremeoff-road.com He will get things figured out for you.

Okay to clear things up:

You will need to get the 4runner coilover system. But what you can do is have the psi set for a higher one (like tundra spec) so it will be stiffer

But the actual hardware must be for the 4runner (mounting parts such as top plate and bottom hole). The coil stiffness and the shock compression can be higher though. (I believe that's what you mean about tundra valved right?)

well honestly i wasnt sure what i meant. tundra valved was not exactly specific to what it meant to a rookie like my self . but i have a clearer picture now.
