Shifting problems

Has anyone had any disengagement problems with a 5-speed like this?

History:
The trany in the 98 Tacoma has had Redline MT-90 in it since 45 K miles, and it is at 105 K now.
Scenario:
The truck is driven for 30 miles (so the trany is plenty warm). With the clutch pedal pushed to the floor, and at a complete stop, it is hard to get it into first or reverse. With the transfer case in low, I can feel a clunk and the truck rolls a little (on flat ground) when I try to get it into first. However, there has never been a grinding noise.

This same problem has happened this past summer for a couple of days, so I bleed the system. Problem fixed. A week later, problem back for a couple of days, then gone after doing nothing. It is revisiting know

I have spent a few hours looking in forums but have not found anything similar. Thanks in advance.
