i agree. my dad got his 98 chevy silverado rhino lined in the bed and i dont think it added that much. now doing the whole truck i think would add a significant amount and not to mention the cost.

not to change the subject or anything but how much wieght do you think it would add to do the whole floor of my interior. i am not going to rhino or line x it because of price, i think im going to use durabak or somethin.

Durabak is great stuff! To do your floor I would get a gallon and that would give you two good coats. Make sure you follow there instructions on prep and use there thinner. It would cost you about $120.00 but that is only a guess. Do it outside or in a well vented space. Mike

My friend had his fj40 rhino lined inside and out. It ROCKS, road noise was cut down significantly, A 40 is heavy, so a few hundred xtra pounds is not going to hurt, he has the 350 too, so the weight is a non-issue. I really like it, down gravel roads it rides like a caddy. It might fade in the sun, no big deal. When I get my next open top truck (1st gen or fj40) doing the bedliner will be on the top of the list.

Its easy to clean too.

That price is ridicules! Do it yourself with Durabak . You can get it in any color, easy to do and it last forever. I have hauled gravel and sand in my bed with no ill effects and it's three years old. I did just touch it up a few weeks ago but that was just to restore the slightly fades black color. I used thined down oil base Rustolium. People still ask where I had it done and how much it cost. Mike
