Request from those with Downeys
Hey guys I have a request for those of you with Downey coils on your 2nd Gens. I have found several write ups but none with any good pics. If you could take a few pics of how the extended braided brake line attaches, as well as where the LSPV bracket and the drop bracket for the ABS wire bolt on. There is also a pretty big washer in the kit that I haven't found mention of in any of the instructions. I have read numerous things about this but the pictures would be nice. Even better would be if someone could link to me a write up with pics. The one I have is from ODW. I am going to tackle this project this coming Sunday with the help of a buddy but neither of us have worked this extensively on a Yota before. It looks pretty easy but I have to pay for the garage I am using and really don't want to screw something up and have to leave it there overnight or something. Please email pics to UKMyers@Btinternet.com Thanks guys!

Well, I was going to say I have a few pics from when I did it, but metal22lica beat me to it. That brake line was a little tricky if you ask me. It took me a while to get the old one off. Spray the connection with WD-40 or some thing the night before. That was the one thing I didn't spray, and I almost stripped it. If you have any trouble feel free to shoot me an email.
