Registering an AZ 4Runner in CA?
If you buy a '99 4Runner in AZ, and want to register it in CA, do you have to make any changes to the emissions system / cats?
How do you get it to pass CA emissions if it wasn't originally delivered to CA?

it should register and smog in CA regardless.
but then again I just moved back here from texas after being absent for 4 years.
