Radiator leak help

tonite my 4runner dumped its radiator contents on to the driveway. I checked... and found a hose connected to the bottom of the radiator disconnected or broken. It is approximately a 1" hose with a silver fitting/plug at the end. There is a hole in the radiator where it apparently came loose from or broke off. Anybody know what I am dealing with here. Cant seem to tell whether it broke off or somehow fits back in that hole.

btw> thanks in advance. This forum has been a tremendous help over the past year that I have owned the truck.

Sounds like it's time for a new radiator unless you can get a shop to weld that outlet pipe back onto the radiator. So no that part is not re-attachable. It broke off.
