PCV Valve

Good luck in finding it. It is on the right side of engine manifold just inboard of your vacuum lines. Very difficult to find and even tougher to replace. I gave up on mine and took it to a shop. Cost me $50.

Another reason the 2.7 is cake to work on. It's right on top of the valve cover. Took me all of 30 seconds. Spark plugs...ehhh maybe 5 minutes...if I'm really draggin butt. Ya got me beat power wise...oh well.

It is located under the intake plenum on Bank 1. Bank 1 implies the side of the engine with Cylinder #1. In this case its the passenger side.
Replacing of the PCV valve on your 3.0L will be tricky. I suggest that if you are seriously gonna replace it, to just plan on taking off the intake plenum. The reason being, the gromett that the pcv valve sits in is going to be hard/brittle if it is the orignal. Making it difficult to get out/in and possibly causing a vacuum leak.
List of part I suggest. ( All toyota parts )
1. PCV valve
2. Hose
3. Gromett
4. Plenum gasket
5. (2) small EFI gaskets ( For cold start injector supply tube )
Good luck.
