ONLY for guys that have installed SC in a 3rd Gen.
I know there has to be some of you out there who have actually installed a supercharger in a 2000 4wd 4R 3.4 V6 atm.
I would like to know if you can tell me what parts exactly does the SC replace?
Is it the Upper air intake surge tank Manifold ....AND the Lower air intake manifold only.....or is there an intermediate manifold between the upper ans lower manifolds
I realize I will need a new set of 4 gaskets too for these manifolds.
Can someone that has done this SC mod tell me if this is correct or am I
missing something?
Thanks

The S/C just replaces the Upper intake plenum. The lower manifold stays in place. That is the portion of the manifold that the injectors mount into. It doesn't replace any of your intake tubing.

It replaces the two piece's I've pointed at below. Note, this is a T100, but except for some minor differences, it's the same motor.
That's the upper and lower plenum. Below those, are the actual manifold. Those two pieces get replaced. It re-uses the throttle body and lower manifold. If you buy the supercharger kit brand new, it come's with all the needed gaskets.

Thanks 250000 Yota.....
So all I need is these 2 parts in the link below and the gasket that goes between them? That's it?

I don't know why this posted 4 times. I only clicked the 'post reply' one time.
There is no way to delete them either....even so it says: EDIT / DELETE when you
put your curser on the edit button in the bottom right corner of your post.
Oh well, maybe the mod will take care of it for me. I only wanted ONE post of this.

PS - If somebody can tell me how to delete a post I would be thankful.

Sounds like you're taking off your SC. If so, those parts linked (and I assume a gasket) should replace the supercharger.
Don't forget to get the original belt since you'll have no SC to drive.
Depending upon how you've cut up your vacuum housing you may need some odds and ends.
Also, you may need the stock throttle bracket.
stock, properly gapped spark plugs?
