need some rear suspension advice

hey guys, i need some advice on new rear leaf springs for my '89 4r. early this fall i put some AALs on to get rid of the dreaded rear end sag. today driving home i hit a bump and heard a bad cluck come from the rear suspension. it was dark when i got home, so i couldn't do a full assessment of the problem, but i did a quick measure from the ground to the fender and the right side is now 1 inch lower then the left. i fear that i broke a spring or something like that.

i think that it's time for some new rear springs. i would like something like maybe 2" lift or so. i checked marlincrawler's page and they have 5" lift kits, but nothing smaller. so does anyone have any ideas of where i should look. i'm can't fab anything and i don't have much space to do my work, so i will have to take it to someone to get the work done. so i would prefer a solution that would not kill me in labor costs. also, if i end up lifing the rear by about 2" or so, i'll need to do something to the front. do you suggest BJ spacers, cranked tbars, or new stiffer tbars?

i welcome all suggestions.

thanks!
