MT fluid capacity and type for 96 Runner?
I am going with Amsoil in my manual transmission but I need to know which fluid to go with. They have many options on the site, so I want to be sure. Please help if you can.

This was my original post, but I guess no one knew the answer. Anyone know for sure?

1. Fluid Type
2. Fluid Capacity

GL-4 or GL-5 75W-90

4WD - 2.3 Quarts (Drain and Refill)
2WD - 2.7 Quarts (Drain and Refill)

PS - You can use the same fluid type for ALL the gearboxes. ie; Front and Rear Diffs and X-Fer Case.
