MT fluid capacity and type for 96 Runner?

MT fluid capacity and type for 96 Runner?
I did a search, but cant seem to narrow it down. Does anyone know the MT capacity in quarts for my 96 Runner? I would like to replace the fluid with Amsoil fluid. I would also like to know what weight of fluid to go with. I assume 75-90?
