Monster tight idler housing bolts??

I'm trying to rebuild my idler arm and I cannot, for the life of me, loosen the three hex bolts of the housing that are bolted to the chasis.

I've soaked them with PB BLASTER a dozen times already. I've tried air tools and I just cannot get them too loosen up.

I can turn them (by arm force) but they won't loosen up.

What do I do now??

Anybody else experience similar problems when tackling this or similar??

Heat? Try hitting them with a propane torch, get them dull cherry red and try them with a 1/2 breaker bar.

I don't know what you're driving but on my runner there are nuts on the other side of the bolts.
