I put a Modine rad in my 93 4Runner about 3 years ago, came with a lifetime warranty, fitted perfectly and is working great.

that's the one you want to get as far as aftermarket replacement.

I need a radiator quick. I checked mine out today, and it the fins are toast and has a few very slow leaks. I thought it didn't seem up to regular pressure. So, I'm still curious 89macrunner, where did you score that rad for 75.00? Best I can find locally is $169.99

Thanks

$75........Hmmmm.........Did he buy it out of the back of a van? Maybe same guys that sell the "surplus" speakers?

I'm a mech, and the best I can find is about $150 cost (unless he gets DEEP into the supply chain) I normally buy at warehouse price.

Maybe he just didn't want you to know how much it really was.

Kind of like buying mods for the Landcruiser........"Honey, look at these ARB lockers.....Got both for $200......See, my hobby isn't so expensive".
