Looking at 95 - has new engine - what to look for?

I'm going to look at a 95 4Runner that has a new engine with about 20k on it. Apparently, the original owner forgot to add oil or something and blew the engine. Toyota put a brand new one in, and they have all the paper work on it. Is there anything I should pay special attention to?

You still might want to check if the headgaskets have been replaced. There is also a recall on the steering rod or something, check that out. Look for rust. Auto or manual. If Auto try to get it up to 65+ and run it for a little bit, then see if the AT oil temp light comes on. This could be a bad torque conv. or sensor. Can't think or anything else now.
