LOCK ASSMBLY & CRUISE/SPEEDO STOP
FOR 92 4RUNNER:
1) NEED lock assembly (and key) for tailgate with power window. Cannot find part. Also, what range of years can be used?
2) The speedomoter and cruise control works intermittantly... the power doesnt seem to be affected. Just all the speedomoter gauges & cruise control fucntions stop working while driving. The entire speedo head has already been replaced. Any other suggestions?

Good luck on the keyswitch for the tailgate. I ended up buying a whole set from the dealer to the tune of $200+ :cry:
Check the speed sensor on the tranny. I'm not sure what year they went electronic, but I know my 93 is. Does the 92 have a speedo cable drive behind the speedo head? If so, maybe lube it?
