Limited Slip Diff Question . . .

I have an 04 Tundra with the Limited Slip Differential, my question is, what, if anything, will wear in there? Do I need to worry about it? The reason I ask is because when I take hard left or right turns from a stop, I almost always squeel the tires and I wonder if, like a clutch, something is wearing every time the tires "hook-up"?

even if it does go out, the truck still works. no biggie, and an easy enough task to replace it, that you can do it at home
