LED Cluster Install Question

LED Cluster Install Question
I removed the entire cluster and I swapped all the bulbs out to LEDS in the appropriate bulb holders thats screw into the cluser... they seem to all fit I used mostly 74's and some bigger leds for the main 3 lights...
anywase I didn't put the dash back together yet but I started the truck and for some reason the led's aren't working... the blinkers blink normally but no light from the leds...
I checked fuses and all were fine.
Also, the regular lights that I didn't swap, "drive, 4wd, etc." all come on.
any suggestions?

Pull the LED's out and put them in the other way, LED's have polarity and they won't work unless you put them in the correct way. Does that make any sense?

only some LED's have that polarity problem. the LEDs i orderd from SuperbrightLEDS.com for my gauge cluster where not polarized and yet the ones for the clearance lights WHERE polarized. So also check to make sure all wires where reconnected properly.

I got them working, I had to swap some around.
I had a 3 prong lcd I was going to use for the shifter, but it broke when I tried to install it... the hole for the shifter lcd is so small... has anyone managed to fit a brighter lcd in the shifter? I have a plain blue right now and it's not nearly bright enough.
