22r header will fit as i have one on my truck also do a search

I think you actually have to have a plug to use it with the 22r. It does have the spot for the O2 sensor, and I think thats the only difference.

i guess some come with spots for the o2 sensor mine didint have one just the one down by the cat

A guy I know has a 22r and his LC header came with the O2 sensor hole. It also came with a plug of sorts if you didn't have the fuel injected motor. I'd hope the things were consistent.

The early headers came with the o2 bung in the #3 primary, but since this tended to cause issues with CELs getting thrown from inaccurate readings they changed over to locating it down just before the cat.
I have an old set that I hate for the noise, but they have given me good service otherwise. The newer versions are also a thicker gauge metal so they will be a bit quieter under the hood. |
