Wait... so you gave up your 4Runner to lease a 300 for 3 years??? If this is the case, in 3 years, when the lease is up... You'll pretty much have nothing to show for...

SRT8... I wish. That thing is INSANE! Naw, I just have the 300 Touring. Still has like 250hp though. A far cry from the 450 from a SRT8, but certainly feels different than my 4Runner when I step on the gas. I miss my 4Runner dearly, but am already looking into 1st gens and what I'm doing with them. Won't be doing that for awhile, but I'm ecxited about the buildup. Times are just hard in the Real Estate market right now. We've had twice the amount of clients than ever, but have had so many fall through because of loan parameters, that we've had over $86k worth of our deals fall out of escrow so far this year. That's ALOT of money. Wouldn't be that big of a deal, but we did all of our business so far in the beginning of the year, we haven't had a pay check in almost 5 months. So we were living off of our savings right now and it's getting thin. That's why I didn't have $4k for the 4Runner and why I don't have $600/mo for a SRT8 lease. If things went well this yeat in Real Estate, we would have cleared over $170k with still 4 months to find more clients by the end of the year. But that didn't happen. So, there is my story... sucks huh? I miss my 4Runner... but I do like the way the 300 drives also.
