I agree that some insurance companies suck at claims handling...but there are some really good ones too. Its the nature of any business. Why would any good bodyshop want to do "crap" work and have the word get out? Come on.... what a joke. Obviously you have had some bad experience....care to share?

I have been in the business for 13 years and I have never had a customer come back and state they were unhappy with their repairs. I have had some where additional paint work may have been required, but nobody is perfect.

I have had three different vehicles fixed at direct repair facilites (major body shops) and the work was flawless. Go figure...mine must have been the only good work they did all year
