High idle rpm after throttle body cleaning!!

Guys,
Based on advise from you folks, I adjusted the idle contol screw and the engine idles at ~800rpm now!! It was a simple process, ONCE YOU KNOW HOW TO DO IT :-)
I just completed a 200 mile trip and no problems at all. The cleaning and adjusting idle seems to have fixed lot of minor issues such as minor rough tranny, jerkings etc.
