hey guys new member here got a question??

anyone know if any of the pre-runner style tacoma bumper will fit on a 98 4runner? what im looking for is the pre-runner light bar with the skid plate that goes from the front of the bumper to underneath. such as the daystar four real steal bumpers. or anything similar. my plans for the truck are

lift 2.5 to 3 in as thats best we can do with out major mods
trying to find 18" wheels with off road tires best ive seen was 285/60 nitto terra grapplers
trd supercharger "eventually"
i want the truck to retain a modern look in an offroad way as im not big on 20" rims and up with rubberbands for tires.

thanks for any input
chuck

Why do you want 18" wheels? You will have a lot more options available to you if you stay 16".

i think fabtech offers something as far as prerunner bumpers are concerned. if you search on google for fabtech motorsports, youll find em.

demello offroad offers some custom optionsfor pre runner bumpers. ( www.demello-offroad.com )

There's this jeep around tahlequah that has like 20" rims and big mud tires. He's got a winch bumper, HUGE lift, roofrack w/ hi-lift hanging on it, etc. It looks RETARDED! I doubt ever takes those things off road and if he does then he's got way too much money to be throwing around. get rock rash on a $200 rim and see if you go home happy.

You want sidewall if you're going to be offroading. Keisur hit the nail on the head.
