Who sells the best headers for the 3.0? I saw some at northwest but everyone preaches downey?? Also who sells the best high flow cat and is there such a thing as a high flow cat? I've heard some people say they aren't worth the money and some say they are great! If I do go with headers and high flow cat which setup would flow good with 2.5" aluminum pipes? As in headers & cat? I'm decided on a series 40 flowmaster delta so any inputs would be appreciated! Ah I have a 91 4runner....and am doing the intake hose mod soon too for added flow at the front.

I just put a downey set on my truck, but i haven't ran it yet as far as the caty you can use a universal or get a high flow from carsound...as far as the muffler 40 series from flowmaster is fine, but if you want lower cost and same power and sound go with the warlock from holly. Just put one on my buddys 4runner and he loves it
