Hey, I'm up in Lake Forest Park. Also have the same issue with my '98. Front end alignment helped a bit. My Revo's seem to wander on me alot more than when I've got the 33" MTs on the rig. I'm thinking about trying new bushings on the a-arms to see if that helps.

Mine drives straight on even terrain, but Lord help me if I hit a big pothole at highway speed - that usually throws it hard in one direction or the other. I have new and properly balanced tires, so it's between the steering bushings, which are relatively inexpensive to replace, and the suspension being shot, which I know for a fact is.

Over the last couple of years I have replaced: Steering Rack, Inner and outer Tie Rods, Poly Steering Rack Bushings, Poly front Anti-Sway Bar mounts and end bushings, Rear Anti-Sway Bar end bushings. I also keep the tires rotated and ballanced. My Bilsteins are in good shape also. It rides great and goes straight down the highway better than most new cars.

My 98 wandered like crazy, too. Hitting a pot hole at anything over 40mph sent the front end hopping all over the place.

I switched out the struts/shocks, but didn't remedy the problem. I was going to get new steering rack bushings, but it was totalled before I could do that. Also did new sway bar bushings, endlinks, but didn't help.

It's probably the steering rack bushings, ball joints or tie-rods.
