Mr Bogger:
The kit listed will fit 3rd gens. '96-'02 I sent the seller an email stating this.
If you plan on mostly street driving and very little heavy off-road wheeling, the Daystar kit is fine. I do about 95% street and 5% light off-road. I've had mine on for 1 1/2 years with stock shocks and no other mods and it rides and handles fine. If your going off road alot then invest in something heavier duty (OME, Cornfed etc.)like others have suggested. The kit also come with new poly bump stops and sway bar bushings. I bought mine for $175 and installed myself in a few hours.

Most likely the seller messed up as it's prob only for the 3rd gen anyway.
BUT, keep in mind that Daystar is in it's FINAL development for their spacers. Personally, I'm not too hot on their spacer product but it doest get the job done. Like what PFDAXE said, if you're planning on doing some trail runs, get better product... If ya buy inferior product, expect inferior performance
