Yeah was going to recomend Tech Section mines not done the same way but its similar, look through my album for pics I took along the way. Basicly made a wooden template and layed my material to pound (rubber mallet) around to shape it close then hand bend and cut to fit the rest of the way, also mines not mounted yet I may do that this weekend, I am also considering doing it another way to check out another good writeup check out Bob's here :
