I currently have fronts (n91sc, 881 coils, 1" spacer) rears (n86c, 891 coils) will be getting rid of them once I can get back to stock height. Does anyone have any recommendations if I can keep these ome shocks and just replace the coils and still get stock height. I think if I remove the 1" spacer it will get me to stock height up front but can i get the 906 coils for the rear and get stock height? please advice.

Superduper...just go with an 890 and take out the rear cone and you'll have a 906. The 881/906 combo is a popular one and yes you would come away with roughly 1 to 2 inches over stock.

Shocks/coil spring upgrade for 99 4runner
Ok so i have been researching a crap load about shocks and coil springs for my 99 2wd 4runner. Heres the deal. I put a 2 1/2 in coil spring spacer lift on my 99 2wd 4runner. It do do any off roading, i am a 21 year old college girl, just so happens me and my boyfriend like to modify our vehicles alot! (He is a Ford guy tho...) anyways, we added the coil spring spacers over a year ago, but left the stock shocks and coil springs. (I went off to school after and havent had time to upgrade til now..) but I have 285/75/16 bfg at's and all together it fits good. Check it out http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2875303. but i have a little rubbing and I want to get at least 1 inch no more than 2 more added to what i have. I'm not totally sure what shocks im gonna go with but I know the deal about the 1999 4WD springs. however i have the 1999 2WD springs, which are still big, but not the biggest. So, needless to say, I want to get the 99 4WD factory springs. My question is, will I be able to get the exact ones im looking for? I know yall know what i mean by that. the actual 99 4wd springs that make the 99 4wd 4runner sit highest of all 3rd gen 4runners. if so, where can i order them? And while Im at it, what shocks would yall recommend? Keeping in mind i want an inch no more than 2. (trying to keep it road practical) anyway thanks for yalls help!!!

I don't think you're going to get rid of the rubbing with 285's unless you add a body lift or do some real trimming. I've got the Tundra front shocks/springs and mine rubs at full compression even with a lot of trimming. And without wheel spacers or a different offset you're bound to have some rubbing on the frame when the steering is full left or right.

I see there is a lot of talk with the two inch and three inch OME suspension lift. I am ordering the 3 inch and was wondering if I need anything extra? Would I need the drop pan? brake line extension? etc,,,
