check eng. light

i got this info bank 1.....625 volts bank 2......0 volts

bank 1 STFT.....3,1% bank2 STFT.... 99% and the p code 2040 994 runner limited 3.4 automatic 66k miles

well the fuel trim numbers are definitely off but I can't interpret Toyota's FT numbers. On GM we go by + or - parameters. I'm guessing your first line is interpreting O2 numbers, if so then the bank 2 sensor is obviously dead either with an open in the wire or disconnected. I'd check for vacuum leaks or an intake manifold leak if it's a lean condition (again not sure about Toyota's parameters) for the STFT numbers to be so high.
