Question Caliper and drum paint

I finallly decided that the paint on my rear drums has deteriorated long enough.
So my question is, do I need special brake paint or will high temp spray paint work? Do I even need high temp paint just for the rear drums.

Thanks in advance.

I painted my front calipers with Testors enamel model paint with no heat problems at all. I also sprayed the rear drums with reg high gloss spray paint with no issues at all.

I have used the G2 brake paint that you can get from Tirerack before and had no actual problems with the paint, but it is applied with a brush and does not look as nice as brakes painted with spray cans...

just my $.02
