Best gears to buy? What brand?

Zuk recommends US Gears and I'm happy with mine. http://www.gearinstalls.com./
Here is a quote from Zuk's site: "Other items that lead to long life......high qual gears like US GEAR......solid collars.....super nice contact pattern....and synthetic oil if the highway or towing is involved. "
If you can swing it, I'd have ZUK set them up for you too.

I was going to go with Precision Gears but they are out of the 5.29's. They do have the 5.71's but the guy there felt pretty strongly about not going that high even though I am not sure if he knows about the automatic/overdrive effect. Are US gears just as good or better? Who is this ZUK guy and where is he located?

Hey mtgoat, This seems like a more accurate gear calculator than that interco one for our vehicles, wouldn't you agree?

Also when I plug in 5.71/32" @ 60mph it shows 2518 rpms for OD, right smack in the middle of whats recommened for a 6 cyl engine! Did you ever measure your tire height?

What does this 2 pinion mean and does it matter when I order the gears? What do I tell them?
