So is there anyone here who has a used pair of manual locking hubs?
Someone who upgraded and has there old stock ones?

Stock ones are the upgrade. Warn are marginal. Scout eBay or talk to toyotapartsdude here. Expect to pay $50 to $75.

Also I would need to replace the shocks, well I want to anyways since they are stock. So what size would I be needing for a 1.5' lift?

I've thought about that quite a bit. My worry is the inner CV's interfering with the lower a-arms. I have to see how much room is there. If I could get the diff a bit lower you could run the low pro bump stops for some pretty good travel.

I'm thinking, with low pro compression stops you get about 1.5" more for about 6.5" total. At spacers, you get another 1.5" for 8" total. If you could add low pro extensions for maybe 1.5" more (maybe less, not sure) you are at conservatively 9"+ of travel.

Right now we're getting quotes/quantity on remote shock reseviors, no more hose clamps. When that's done I'm looking into a replacement panhard set up for the 2nd gen runners per request of another shop. When that's done I'd like to take the bj spacer kit to another level, maybe make a sort of stage II version.
