hey guys,
Had my bumper put on today, thought it looked like it was sitting a little low...but it seems if it goes any higher the grill would have to be altered....Ive looked over some pictures, and maybe im being picky...seems like the bumper isnt supposed to be flush to the fender....here are some pics, let me know what you guys think...am i just being picky or should there nbe less of a gap between fender and bumper?

do you have a body lift? if you do thats probably why but it doesnt look bad so i wouldnt worry about it

also, if this is a pretty standard gap, as it appears, have any of you filled the gap in any way?

the bumper will fix so you'll want that separation so it doesn't hit the body at those instances. to fill the gap, look into some weather stripping that can be puchased at jc whitney or some auto shops.

Pretty much what the ARB on my '91 pickup looks like. Maybe a finger's worth of space. It looks fine, the gap is nice and even. I think it's supposed to be like that so that the bumper won't hit the fender as you bounce down the trail. Things move and flex quite a bit.
