Looks good! Where are you located? What year 4Runner? 4x2 or 4x4? What size tires? What is the measurement from the ground to the fender lip? Let's get some info!

Thanks - It's a 4x4 4runner, and the tires are 265/75/r16. Measurement with these tires and the 99 springs is 36" from ground to fender.

looks real nice those tires give it a bit of ann aggresive look, kinda beefy. it would look better imo with those rims a little darker.. like a semi transperant metallic gunmetal type of paint on there. i donno just a thought

32" tires are such a great size. More clearance off road than a 31" but not the loss in driveability or install headache like a 33".

nice look to your ride.

You put the 99 springs on a non-99 vehicle I presume but at a glance I can not tell what year either....

Use some details on your signature or name to get the prelims out of the way-what you are driving and where you are.

I notice lots of the CO guys kind of band together and your locals may do the same for you and vice versa.

.
He must have a 00' based on the grille (unless swapped that is), since that grille only existd for 99-00.
Odd how you are only at 36' with the 32's. My 99 was at 36+ a hair with only the 265/70/16's.

Are you rubbing at all? I ask, because I have a 98 with 265/75/16 and I rub. So I was thinking about putting 99 coils up front.

You must've had a freak version of the coils since mine is a hair over 36" with the taller Nittos and my stock coils. My mom's '99 Limited w/265/70 is just under 35.5".

My friend has the MTRs on his '00 Runner and they look awesome and are great off road but on a DD they seem like they'd be a bit much and would get tiresome (no pun intended) day to day after driving his around town for just one day. Definetly a bit more noisey than my Nittos and a bit more rough riding.

My 4runner is a 2000, and I installed the 99 springs last year. I definitely like the springs, but I think the PP springs are a little taller. I like the looks of the Goodyear MTR's, but I don't think I would buy them again. As expected, the ride is a little rougher with them. They are noisey too. I rotate them every 3000 to 4000 miles. Strangely, the noise increases right after I do the rotation. Then the noise subsides after another 100 miles of use. I don't take the 4runner offroad, but I have had no issues with rubbing. It snowed heavy in Dallas last March. The tires did great when I used 4 wheel drive. I was really impressed.

Yeah, for not going off road those tires would really be a bit much for how much they cost but they look awesome.

I hope you realize you can buy new 99 springs from Toyota dealers like

trdparts4u.com - not used. Not all that expensive but Old Man Emus are just about the same price for that matter....

And I do still have some Bilsteins that would fit 99 setup. Buyers keep backing out.

Are you sure about this? I don't think they would carry a part 10 yrs later that was specific for a single year. Do you know the part numbers?

FL Springs - Blue / Pink (48131 - 35350) Driver Side
