about 120 for dealer cost, 2 new nuts, and gasket

ez to replace

need a 12mm box wrench, or small vice grips
may need a small chisel to chip off the old nuts

then you need to scrape the old paper gasket off
so the bung is 100% smooth. again, chisel is great for this

new o2 sensor, new gasket, 2 new dealer stainless steel nuts

just climb under there and crank it off.
use eye protection a lot of crap will fall on you

X2 on the eye goggles.

I've used www.1sttoyotaparts.com before and been pleased. They are the online department for a WA dealership. Usually have cheaper prices than your local dealer, and lower prices than your local dealer's online dept, too.

Did a quick check, looks like it'll be about $100, probably add $10 for shipping. Call the local dealership to get th correct part(s) number, then look around online, usually saves some $$$ if you can wait a few days.

From the link:
These are direct replacement (not the universal cut & splice) sensors.
