Yup my thread and SAS. I never even thought. My next do is to get the axle back into the school weld shop tonight. I will install the truss and knuckle guard. This morning I will order diffs, F&R / open 5.29- yes 5.29 with 33's. Soon down the road 35's, so I'll be ready.

Looks great man. I would have never thought to use JB weld to fix the Rough metal. I might have to try that.

Maybe this would be a good time to upgrade to a 4 pinion V6 differential

Money is a factor. I need to do F&R and at the max I have about 1150.

What if you sell off some IFS suspension parts? Just a suggestion.

My wheeling will be light duty to start, so the 4 cyl diffs work for me. And yes I do have a buyer for my rancho IFS,plus HD torsion bar.. And that money goes to a locker. I hear ya though, 6cyl diffs would be nice.

Thanks Yoter8, I went with Inchworm gear, mainly because Scott bothered to call me back, was reasonable in price and its within driving range. 5:29 F&R / open. For know I have 33's so it should be interesting.
