New suspension idea, GOOD or BAD?

Long story short. 94 4wd 3.slo 4runner from Jersey, lots of rust. Bad rear sag. Tons of PB blaster and time to replace with new Moog springs. Still bad sag. Not my first time doing this. Checked length of rim to fender and sure enough the torsion bars are cranked all the way up. Everything under this car is seized and most bolts are corroded. Except the rear end that I spent countless hours on spraying praying and drilling out busted bolts. I cant replace torsion bars, no $$. It would take a year of daily PB blaster. Autozone sells a coil spacer similar to SDORI but only 1.5", made in China and only $6 a piece. www.sup-auto.com Superior auto. I know I will most likely need longer shocks but I dont off road. I just want it to look level. Like the last time I did this to my 95 with Moogs. Is this a good idea or bad idea. I have time but very little $$$.
