My Toyota 4runner rocking 38" **SOLD**

This is my 1990 Toyota 4runner with the 3.0 v6 engine.
It is fully equipped to handle the most demanding terrain , mostly the Icelandic artic and glacers.

*it is fitted with 38" Dick Cepek tires on 15" x 14" wide wheels

*and also equipped with a steering shock and a steering jack to help with the strain with those tires.

*Lower gear ratios of 5.29 with welded front diff and Lsd lock in rear

*90 liter auxiliary fuel tanks ( stock tank is 60 liters )

*The body is only lifted 4" .

*The fenders are cut to make the wheels fit and fender flares added.

*Brake hoses made longer and axle breathing moved higher.

*BMW AC converted to air pump and 10 gallon air converter, used to pump air in the tires after the air pressure in them has been droped down to 1psi for better float on top of
snow

* Engine adders are - aftermarked headers w. 3" open exhaust , and a K&N air filter.

*equipped with a Garmin GPS 182 software.
two ways of communicating is CB radio and the tait VHF.

* working lights on the sides, extra electrical system , 2 large 120 W Hella lights in front , High-lift jack , Two roof racks

*I've had this truck now for 5 years.
Last 3, it has been in big time rebuild.

full repaint and most of the rust removed

some pics.

the truck after the repant

I dont have pics of the body lift and fender cut work sorry

*the 38" tires

*new bearings and seals

*5:29 gear and the rear diff lock

*the side step build

*the finish look

*So I went in to strengthen the front suspension that I was going to use the original IFS until I buy all the parts i need to do sfa swap.

*not good pics , only phone , sorry ,

The lubrication system for the airpump

intake from the airbox

*the oil filter , so i dont fill my tires with oil

*The air outtake

*the rear working lights , missing the sides on this pic

*The inside cockpit , missing the GPS

*the controls for the lights

*some point and shoot pics of it in my driveway

*some summer trip to the highland with friends , the rig not realy finished after the paintjob in those pics , still with pre facelift front

*some short day trip last fall with some friends

Thanks for the link. Too bad they don't make them for my 86' 4Runner. I sent them an email anyway seeing if they could make a set.

Well if you are rocking a wide wheels you need flares , who wants a truck covered in mud all the time ,

You dont need flares if you are using tiny 33"

No it actualy is a 3.0 V6 , worlds worst engine

GM lS1 V8 in the future.
