Jaino240's 1994 extra cab build

Painted the rims black, I think its time for another coat though.

I then did F&R breather mods for the truck. I used some cheapo air hoses from Harbor Freight. Also bought Bilsteins for all four corners.

Threw in an HID kit from 1320 Performance in Elk Grove

Also swapped out the tape deck for something more modern.

Wire wheeled my skidplate and painted it black

Oh and I know this may be frowned upon, LOL, but I do like to keep my truck CLEAN! haha So I made these "flares" out of flooring material that my father had laying around the garage.

And then a couple coats of flat black finished the job

Somewhere along the way I ordered the IFS brace. Painted it red.

]

And that about sums it up for what has been done so far.

Thanks man. Oh Im not a big fan of the Bushawackers; I only made these flares to keep mud off the body. I put these flares on when I go wheeling only . It clips on, takes only 10 minutes to install all four. Pics of the rear bumper will be coming shortly.

And Im not sure who EG or what EG is. Sorry for the noob ? haha

I want some bushwackers for my runner... even with 33x10.50s i still get mud on the side of my truck ( side tread, and if i turn the wheels any direction )

EG is short for elk grove.

Sure have... and they're expensive as hell... maybe i can score a set on the canadian Ebay... to get them from japan they're 80 bucks a piece in shipping I'd rather not spent 320 in just shipping... so unless i can get some from canada, i'd just get bushwackers lol

I've read your build thread also. Lovin the stance of your truck. I want to bob the bed of my truck in the future too. How much did you spend for parts? Paint, grinder wheels, etc.

I spent $3 on paint and 60 in steel for the bumper

Cut, then cut some more, then re weld. Easy and cheap. I already had all the tools. And you wouldant believe how much it improves the departure angle.
