ok, finally got the heads off. and there seems to be problems, there is some corrosion in all 6 cylinder walls were the fuel sprays in...not sure if it needs bored out or not, so here's a pic
it looks worse than it is...I can feel it if I run my finger nail over it...but barely.

well you know now but the camshaft has to come out to get to some of the head bolts. as far as the walls go. your looking to see if you still have the hatch marks i think. im not much help into engine rebuilds as i havent done one

the cross hatching is still there, but the pistons have a bit of slop, so I'm just gonna go ahead and have it bored out...its only 108 bucks, then I'll have a few more horses to play with
