1991 Toyota 4runner Build Ideas?
Hey everyone I have a 1991 Toyota 4runner SR5. My first car/Yota. I love going off roading, but my 4runner is stock and doesn't have very big tires (31's) to go off roading in. I like rock crawling a lot and wanted to know if anyone knows how I can concert my Toyota into a rock crawling beast. I'm 17 right now so let's not get to pricey. Thanks I'll get more pictures up tomorrow. The red one obviously. Ha

Yeah I totally understand! Like I want to convert it over to straight axel on the front is hard to do that? I can get a Dana 60 no problem since my uncle owns a junk yard.

solid axle swaps are common and there are a lot of write up on them here. I am doing one on my 94 4runner but i am taking my time to do it right and only because maintenece is easier. if you have the time and money i say do it but otherwise the ifs is capable of a lot

What kind of axel are you wanting to put on your runner? And are you doing it in your own? My dad owns a shop so I'm pretty sure he can help me. I just need to save the money and buy the parts.
