Ya the powerstroke is a fun truck!
I like the wheel spacers so far. The setup rides just about the same as the old 12.50 wide tires i used to have on it.
the 1.5" spacers on the stock wheels with 10.50's set the the track width to almost the same as the track width when i had the 12.50, on aftermarket steels. It is definitely more stable on the road and going through turns. Havent had much time to go wheelin tho.
If you look at the pic of the spacer installed, you can still see hub sticking out. The bearing are inside their and I think 2" would be max spacer width, anything over that and it would be alot of strain on the bearing.

I picked up some shock hoops today for 50$ and got the front axle all sanded and cleaned up and painted. There was pretty much no rust so i just used a thick coat of gloss black rustoleum instead of wasting the por15.
The gloss black weathers down to a nice semi gloss, I have the axles and fender well frame coated with rustoleum on the F350 and I am really happy with it over the last 2 years. with proper prep rustoleum is not too bad.
got bilstein 5125's on the way for the front and rear.
Collecting everything to rebuild the outers, and brakes on the front axle over thanksgiving break
there is not enough slack in the slip joint on the front axle so when i go over bumps it slides down and bangs, it was lengthened to far by the previous owner, so i have to fix it, eventually i wat to run a newer yota driveshaft/ flanges in the front with the larger bolts and better angles.
