Where did you find that plate for an aftermarket radio? Is it made special or is it just a piece of plastic over the original?

I found it at a local shop by my house..I pretty much got lucky because it was the last one within about 50 miles

more troubles with my truck...whenever I get on the freeway and get up to speed the temp skyrockets, I would think with more air flow to the radiator it wouldn't do this. any ideas what the problem is?? it gets right up to red on the temp gauge, when i slow down though to about 45-50 the temp goes down...clogged radiator? air pocket? any ideas you all have helps
