New 26mm Downey Torsion Bars

Hello All,
I am selling a set of Downey 26mm forged Torsion bars for 86-95 IFS Toyota Pickup/4Runner. This set is brand new, never opened with a set of front low profile bump stops.
The stock IFS front torsion bars are 22.8mm, which is adequate for stock 28? tires and wheels, or for normal highway use with heavier tires and wheels. Install a set of 31? tires (or larger) then go off road with your 22.8mm torsion bars and see what happens. The heavier the tire, the worse your off road experience will be.
Downey?s 26mm Torsion Bars will eliminate most of the hard bottoming in off road terrain.
Downey bars will hold your cranked-in lift without fatiguing.
Downey bars will give a softer ride when lift is cranked-in because your stock bars become radically pre-loaded when cranked-in, while Downey?s 26mm bars are relatively relaxed at any ride height.
I am located in Farmington, CT. The first $150.00 plus shipping takes it. If you are local you can pick them up and save all that much more.
Please pm me or e-mail me at davidgrich@sbcglobal.net.
Thanks
Dave

How do you know that I signed up to Yota Tech just to sell stuff? Just because I do not have alot of posts does not mean I don't use this site for research. It is people like you that make me not want to be a member here. Thanks for nothing Sizzlechest.

So go buy them direct from Downey. Last time I checked, $150.00 was less money then $158.00. I might be willing to work with someone more than Downey would one would think.

No thanks. I can return them to Downey for more than that.
