94 4runner excellent with blown motor

I have a 94 4runner with 169,250 miles. I replaced the blown motor with a used one and it has no compression. Huge bummer and I don't see myself doing it again till summer, so, please buy it. I'll take $2,200 as it is in excellent shape in and out. The motor is a 3.slow, really slow now, automatic. New tires, one crack on the dash from sun, immaculate interior blue grey, dark grey exterior, absolutely no rust. The truck ran great when it ran and everything worked. I would consider a reasonable landcruiser trade, ideally an fj40 tub and top. I have an fj60 and fj40 to which I am devoted too. The 4runners are cool, but I'm just not in love enough. I will deliver to the state line of Colorado for an interesting trade.
thanks for the interest
ps I am not parting out. If summer comes and I still have it, then it gets a new motor.

The 64 splitty and beamer should be roadworthy this summer, everything else is "roadworthy". I really like the 4runner, but, as is obvious, it is one too many right now.

Ripple,
Are you measuring compression in Leadville. Isn't your elevation over 10k feet. Your readings are going to be MUCH lower than spec at that elevation. I don't know the exact conversion factor for 10k feet, but my house is at 9k and the conversion is something like .7614. That means if my sea level compression is 165 psi, the reading on my gauge is going to be about 125 psi. Are you compensating for elevation?
