63" Spring conversion

I am wanting to take my 83 pickup and put 63" chevy springs in the rear and put the stock rear springs in the front. I need to know exactly what I need to do all this. How far to move the spring hangers, what size shocks, if I need new shock mounts, How much this will cost, etc...

Also after I do this what can I do to get the most flexx possible for pretty cheap.
