Bump
Four different people have offered me $5,000 for this truck - I have way too much money into it so I'm probably just going to keep it because if will love being parked next to my 2008 Toyota Tacoma

I think they're just wondering why you didn't take the $5K if that's what you had it listed elsewhere for........it's a fair thing to wonder about.

The only reason I even caught it was becuase I am shopping for a 86-89 runner with a sunroof, and I had just found your C/L ad in a google search the day before I made the post. I was actually very interested in your truck until I realized it was 3.0 while looking at the yotatech pictures. You've used some quality components, and already done much of thge little stuff many people ignore. If it was a 22re, and looks as good in person as it sounds, I'd drop 5k on it easy. If it were mine I'd certainly ask 6k first too.
I also never said that you did anything wrong, but since you brought it up, I was taught that self serving lies are wrong. Telling people here on 1/12 that you've had multiple offers for 5k and would keep it rather than take 5k in an effort to get them give you 6k while at the same time already having it advertised for 5k elsewhere is a self serving lie. But that's entirely subjective, so to each his own.
Personally I couldn't care less if you delete the ad or not. My purpose was to let potential buyers on yotatech know what was up, now they know.
