will I need spacers? 285/75 on 16's '97 t4r

Yo!
I bought my truck in January and it came with Dunlop grand trek 275/70R16 114s Tires on Toyota stock J 16x7JJ 15 Rims.

I've done a ton of research, but I want to make sure I have the info correct.

I am trying to buy Procomp Xtreme AT's in the LT285/75R16 size. Should these fit? I checked this site here: http://bit.ly/15wcvz

and this is what I got:

I do a ton of highway driving (90%), and 10% off roading. Let me know your thoughts.

Thank you,
Jamie

Is there a reason why people don't run spacers?

I believe there are concerns about liability when spacers are used extending total track width. In combination with backspacing and rim sizes and tire capabilities -there is potential for catastrophe.

Wheel spacers are perfectly safe unless (like all things) installed by an incompetent idiot.
