New tires and wheels, new problems
I picked up a set of 05 Tundra rims w/ bfg ats for my 87 4runner. Sure they fit great but they didnt come with lug nuts. Rookie mistake on my part. I havent been able to find a 12x1.5 lug nut with the proper diameter and length shank. If someone could point me in the right direction for the proper lug nut at a decent price Id greatly appreciate it. Pics up when they get mounted!

Bump! I have a set of '88 4runner alloys and can't find the proper lug nuts in parts stores locally. 12x1.5 is common size but i've looked on ebay as well and the ones they have either have a .75" shank or .34" shank. I need 1/2" shank for these wheels. I really don't want to pay an arm & leg at the dealership... I even checked the bone yard but no yota trucks. There's a mom & pop tire shop in town where I get tires mounted but they don't have anything. Is there any good websites out there that sell these? thanks!
here's the wheel I have:
(yes my '85 has 88 rear axle and 86 hubs w/ widening kit so wheels/tires will not rub)

Ok here's the only ones I found before:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NEW-C...item519706f5a0
$67 ouch!
Then I just found these:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=400183888482
$29.95
I was searching for "12x1.5 shank lug" before and getting poor results. This style of lugnut is also apparently called "mag" so search for "12x1.5 mag lug" to find these cheap ones, which is exactly what we need!

I tried autozone and even brought the wheel in with me and the guy behind the counter looked at me like I spoke russian when I asked about shank style lugs. He didn't know anything about molly lube either so that might have been a red flag to go back when the day shift was working.
