I am an amateur but, Try your throttle body, they have a water channel that passes through the bottom of it, when this gets blocked your car will not idle correctly as the hot water closes a pipe up as it heats it and tells the car to idle down.
Just a thought, like i said im an amateur but this is a problem i faced.
